For once more I would like to express with the best comments my stay at Helena hotel! Nicely renovated, the rooms look brand new , the breakfast buffet has to offer more than one can eat! The personnel very kind and pleasant and the hotel location more than convenient! Congratulations!!

"Great hospitality, great situation"

The staff is really friendly and very kind (special mentions to Stergia and Despina), once arrived I’ve asked lot of questions about Rhodes, the place to see, the restaurants, etc., they answered all and gave me useful advices. People I’ve met in general were kind and friendly during my stay. The place is well situated not far from the old town and the marina. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ett av dom sämsta hotell jag bott på. Ok det va billigt men man vill väl ha det rent. Dom har inte bytt lakan på 2 veckor.och knappt bytt handdukar. En dag hade vi inga alls. Gick ner till receptionen och där ryckte dom bara på axlarna och sa att dom inte hade några att ge oss. Skamligt. En dag var våran dörr öppen. ?? Och toalett /handfat /dusch har dom inte ens rört. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell. Det enda som är positivt är läget.

"Good stay at Helena"

I really liked the room. It was big enough, it had all the necesities(fridge,A/C, toiletries, balcony) and it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was also tasty and had many options. The pool was very good and very clean during our stay. The hotel is close to the sea and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

Great location, good facilities, polite english-speaking staff. Hope we get the chance to visit again in the near future

the hotel is good value for the money we paid. breakfast was good however selection could be better. room was clean. internet was working good in the whole hotel. location is great too.

"One of the worst hotels in town"

We have stayed in many different hotels in the center and this is one of the worst. We stayed in one if their apartment rooms and apart from uncomfortable beds, broken shower door, left our room unlocked after cleaning and missing cutlery we had to share 1 towel between me and my partner as the hotel said they didn't have any towels to give us. The worst part was the cleaning, when we arrived there was hairs in the bathroom floor from the people before us I guess, even though they supose to clean every day on day 10 the hairs was still there, plus they didn't change the sheets ones.

The location was excellent,very well positioned close by the shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean , staff very friendly , and Michellina from the reception was very useful , nice and willing to help. Extremely polite lady !! She helped us throughout our stay at all Times with a smile
