Excellent location. Perfect room clean and big enough. The staff was polite and we specifically have to thank George from the reservation department!! We visit Rhodes almost every year and we will for sure come back to Hotel Helena!

I am traveling a lot due to my work. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I think it offers a great value for money opportunity. It’s clean and the location is perfect.

Ett av dom sämsta hotell jag bott på. Ok det va billigt men man vill väl ha det rent. Dom har inte bytt lakan på 2 veckor.och knappt bytt handdukar. En dag hade vi inga alls. Gick ner till receptionen och där ryckte dom bara på axlarna och sa att dom inte hade några att ge oss. Skamligt. En dag var våran dörr öppen. ?? Och toalett /handfat /dusch har dom inte ens rört. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell. Det enda som är positivt är läget.

The only positive is the location everything else is just terrible. The don't clean the rooms everyday and when they do they don't clean well, they don't change towels or the bedsheets. The beds are very hard and they offer a small kitchen but without the necessary equipment.

An excellent, value-for-money small hotel at the very heart of the city of Rhodes. Walking distance to everywhere in town, though in a quite location away from noise and nightlife. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious!
